Last Updated: March 24, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the henatural Apparel website (the "Site"), including all purchases, services, and content provided by henatural Apparel (hereinafter "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or make any purchases.

1. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the products listed in your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: orders with incorrect pricing, products that are out of stock, orders suspected of fraud, or orders that violate these Terms. Order confirmation (via email or the Site) does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs only when we ship the products.We may contact you to verify order details, address information, or payment validity before processing your order. If we are unable to reach you or verify the information, we may cancel the order without liability.

2. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, and pricing on the Site are accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occasionally occur (e.g., typographical errors, incorrect stock levels, or color discrepancies). We reserve the right to correct any errors and may cancel affected orders, refunding any payments made, without penalty. 7. User Responsibilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, henatural Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or personal injury) arising from your use of the Site, purchase of products, or any breach of these Terms. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products in question.We are not liable for any damages caused by third-party carriers, suppliers, or other third parties, or by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless henatural Apparel, our employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your breach of any warranties or representations; or (d) your unauthorized use of our Intellectual Property.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or our services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and our services will immediately cease. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 31 shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the Site, or your purchase of products shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Ivins, Utah, for resolution.
