1. Return Period
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive defective, damaged, or wrong items, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement.
4. Returns for Personal Reasons
For returns due to size issues, change of mind, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
